Facilities at Meppershall Village Hall


We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Oak Hall (Main Hall)

Capacity: 150 people
Pricing: £31.00 per hour

The Oak Hall is available to hire for Drama Productions, Fitness Classes, Public Meetings, Parties, Wedding & Christening Receptions etc.

Equipment & services

A fully stocked Bar and serving staff
A full cleaning service is required for weekend hires with 100+ attendees, at £98, payable in advance. Local businesses may be exempt at our discretion.
Support room
The kitchen hire fee for adult events is £63.00 per event.
The hire fee for the kitchen for children's parties is £37.00 per event.
High-quality professional lighting for stage performances, functions, and events is available on request, with setup and operation by trained staff.
Private toilet accessed off the Main Hall
Putting tables and chairs away after your booking (table tops to be clear) (Compulsory for 100+ attendees)
Setting up the room to your required seating plan (Compulsory for 100+ attendees)

Walnut Social Area

Capacity: 70 people
Pricing: Variable pricing

The Walnut Social Area, home to Meppershall Social Club.

Willow Meeting Room

Capacity: 12 people
Pricing: £10.00 per hour

The Willow Room can seat up to 12 people.

Beech Meeting Room

Capacity: 6 people
Pricing: £10.00 per hour

The Beech Room can seat up to 6 people.
